These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shelegant website and services operated by FireOrange Inc. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Orders and payments

  • All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated and may change without notice before you complete checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment details, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the selected method for the order total, including taxes and shipping.
  • We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, restricted destinations, or other risk indicators.
  • An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until payment is successfully captured and the order is confirmed in our systems.

Shipping, risk of loss, and title

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Returns and refunds

Intellectual property

All content on this site (including text, images, graphics, logos, and branding) is owned by or licensed to FireOrange Inc and may not be copied, modified, or used without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Prohibited uses
